As young travelers, we loved the modern and techno style of the apartment. The spacious and well-designed layout, along with the large white bathrooms, gave it a sleek and contemporary feel. The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance, making it convenient for exploring the city center. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing fast check-in and check-out. We especially appreciated the key system for entering the hotel and room, which added an extra level of security. The apartment also had a big fridge, a comfy bed for two, and a friendly coffee shop waiter in the hotel lobby. The sustainable hot water button was also a nice touch.

Despite a few minor issues like slow room service and incomplete decorations, the overall experience was fantastic. The staff were polite, helpful, and even assisted us with an issue we had during our stay. The spacious bathrooms were a bonus, although the shower cubicles could use some improvements to prevent water leakage. Despite these small drawbacks, I would definitely recommend Heritage Boutique for a wonderful stay in Athens.

the check-in process was a complete hassle. We had to wait for 30 minutes in the dirty lobby before finally gaining access to our apartment. the lack of communication about the ongoing construction in the building was also a major letdown. the noise from the construction work was quite loud, even with the windows closed, making it difficult to relax and enjoy our stay. the overall lack of attention to detail, such as the absence of indirect lighting in the master bedroom and the presence of a used cigarette bud next to the bed, left a lot to be desired. the apartment did not come with daily cleaning, which should be expected for the price we paid.

The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with all the necessary information upon arrival. The apartment was well-furnished with contemporary interior design and had all the necessary facilities, including WiFi and towels. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The best part was being able to walk to all the major attractions and shopping centers in the area.

That some rooms on the lower floors could be noisy due to the street activities.
